DESCRIPTION:We’re calling this joyful collaboration of The Retreat House at Hillsboro and Trinity Cathedral\, Easton:\n\n\n\n\nThe Spirit of Poetry – golden threads in community\nJanuary 6\, 5:30 – 7:00pm\nHeld at Hummingbird Inn\, 14 N Aurora St\, Easton\, Maryland\n\nJoin us for an evening of spoken word poetry in Easton’s beautiful Hummingbird Inn. We’ll enjoy poetry that inspires us to notice the invitation of new beginnings. What poet draws you to notice new beginnings? All are welcome to bring a self-written poem or a found poem and/or settle in to the space to listen.\n\n\n\nTrinity Cathedral and The Retreat House at Hillsboro welcome you to a series of spoken word and poetry gatherings as part of First Fridays in Easton\, Maryland. If you cannot join in January\, we hope to see you in the following months. \n\nEnjoy being part of a night of poetry held in a gentle\, friendly\, and inclusive space with reverence for the dignity of each person.
