Creativity Workshop with Shalagh Hogan
November 10, 2018 @ 10:00 am - 12:30 pm
Bring your curiosity and truest self to this playful workshop for anyone who feels a call to reclaim their creativity and be free of anxiety and blocked creativity.
We will make beautiful art pieces to bring home as reminders to give ourselves permission to play creatively.
We will open up to our creativity, discover what holds us back and find ways to bring more creative practices into our lives:
…how valuing creativity expands our joy in living
…how anxiety and creativity cannot co-exist
…finding and trusting our true selves through creativity
…leading a life based on creativism instead of consumerism
Coffee and a light breakfast will be available. Please feel free to bring your lunch and stay afterwards to chat.
A suggested donation of $20 per person to cover expenses would be gratefully accepted. As always, please don’t let finances keep you from attending—everyone is welcome! There is limited seating, so please register soon at https://rhcreate.eventbrite.com.
