DESCRIPTION:  \n  \n  \n  \n  \nJoin us amidst the beauty of fall as we journey toward cultivating the garden of our spiritual heart.\nThree friends will share the simplest of daily prayer meditations\, each inviting greater harmony and renewal.\nFind the ones that work for you to welcome Holy peace\, softening the edges of each day in our busy\, noisy world: \nBreath and Aromatherapy\nTea as Meditation\nGentle Yoga  \nEach session will explore unique meditations and journeyers are encouraged to join both sessions. You only have to register once and attend as you wish. Snacks and beverages will be available and a suggested donation of $30 per session will be gratefully accepted. Heather is a Lay Eucharistic Minister\, a Listening Hearts leader\, and a healing prayer minister with St. Anne’s Episcopal Church. She resides with her husband in Annapolis\, Maryland.
