DESCRIPTION:“The beautiful spring came: and when nature resumes her loveliness\, the human soul is apt to revive.” – Harriet Ann Jacobs\nHealing the Spirit through Aromatherapy\nRestoring Emotional Balance with Essential Oils \nREGISTER ONLINE \nAfter the quiet introspection of winter\, the energy of spring offers us an opportunity for awakening and renewal. Join Aromatherapist Elaine Hoggard for this hands-on botanical workshop working with essential oils that nourish the spirit and promote restoration to the mind. The historical use of aromatic plants in both sacred and therapeutic applications will be discussed\, as well as today’s scientific research. \nWith a holistic approach for safe and effective use\, participants will study aromatherapy fundamentals and blending practices\, and then craft their own essential oil product to take home. Workshop fee of $30 includes materials\, recipes and handouts. \n  \n  \nELAINE HOGGARD is a NAHA Certified Aromatherapist and a Licensed Massage Therapist.
