SUMMARY:Conscious Aging: Wisdom Circle
DESCRIPTION:Friday Afternoons April 16-May 21 1:00-2:30 pm\, via Zoom\nLearn to create a “new vision of aging” in this unique\nwisdom circle. During these sessions\, you will be\nguided to:\n▪ Develop skills of self-compassion\n▪ Discover what gives heart & meaning to your life\n▪ Minimize feelings of isolation\n▪ Cultivate a personal roadmap for your own aging\njourney \nJoin us as we focus on listening to our own inner wisdom and guidance\, cultivating best practices\, sharing in an intimate conversation circle\, and listening to the collective wisdom of the group. \nThe suggested donation is $75 per person\, but please don’t let finances keep you from attending. Each participant will\nbe asked to purchase a Conscious Aging workbook developed by the Institute of Noetic Sciences http://noetic.org based on extensive research and practices in healing and mind body medicine. Beth received her Spiritual Director’s Certificate at Holy Spirit Center of Anchorage\, AK (2005) and a Certificate in Supervision of Spiritual Directors through Audire’ School of Spiritual Direction (2019) in Orlando\, FL. She also is a trained Chaplain and commissioned minister through Federation of Christian Ministries. Beth is a contemplative and passionate about one-to-one spiritual support processes\, retreat/workshop ministry and creative contemplative worship. She and her husband\, Gordon live in Clermont\, Florida.
