In between\, the flow of time will be yours\, and with it\, the invitation to find a rhythm that begins within\,  This is an opportunity to be quiet for reflection\, prayer\, listening\, and presence while holding the space in community.  There will be time for journaling\, walking\, reading\, mediation and/or creative collage. We will begin with a cup of tea or coffee\, and end before lunch.
