The Wisdom of Aging
April 30, 2022 @ 9:00 am – 12:30 pm
Join us for a lighthearted forum for women and men to discuss the interesting, and often surprising, experience of aging. At this gathering, we will take time to reflect on the many aspects of our “elderhood”— the privileges, the setbacks, the questions and the joys.
Inspired by readings, storytelling and fun exercises, together we will seek comfort, laughter and perhaps a new understanding of this sensitive and precious time in our lives. Please bring an open mind, a tender heart, and sense of humor for the day’s journey.
A light breakfast will be provided. Registrants are encouraged to bring a bag lunch to enjoy together at the close of the retreat. A suggested donation of $40 per person is appreciated. All are welcome, so please don’t let finances keep you from attending. Please register online by Wednesday, April 27, here https://tinyurl.com/RHAging OR by email to info@retreathousehillsboro.org.
